The Sacramento Community Land Trust is led and controlled by its members. Membership is open to anyone who wants to expand homeownership for our whole community

Sac CLT members have a say in:

• The quality, affordability, and development of community-owned housing stock
• The direction of Sac CLT through discussion and voting

Members are also invited to all Sac CLT Events and trainings. We look forward to seeing you!

As a community run non-profit organization, everyone's contribution is valuable. We recommend members make an annual contribution of $25. If your income or means give you the ability to contribute more, please know how appreciated the extra help is and how diligently Sac CLT will use it.

Membership is good for one year from your payment. Choosing ongoing donations means evergreen membership!

Sac CLT will not let money be a barrier to anyone's inclusion. Please email [email protected] to waive your membership fee this year.
